The program runs for six weeks in the following seasons:

Summer – November & December

Winter – June & July

Application for Clerkships is open all year round and can be made via our Careers Portal.

Importantly, our clerks are given priority consideration when we make decisions about graduate placements for the following year.

Law Week. A Day in the Life of a Lawyer.

Each year, HHG Legal Group hosts A Day in the Life of a Lawyer, an informative session designed for aspiring lawyers and emerging legal professionals seeking a clearer understanding of life in practice.

The event features a panel of practitioners at different stages of their careers, from recent graduates to experienced lawyers, who share practical insights into daily work, career development and the realities of the profession.

Attendees gain the opportunity to ask questions and better understand the pathways available after completing a law degree.

This event is presented annually in collaboration with the Law Society of Western Australia as part of Law Week.
