Carole MacKay is an Associate in HHG Legal Group’s criminal law team, advising and representing across a broad range of criminal matters in the Magistrates Court and District Court.
Carole assists clients through all stages of the criminal justice process including negotiations with the Western Australia Police and the Department of Public Prosecutions. Carole also assists with bail applications, sentencing and restraining order proceedings. She regularly works with clients facing stressful and often life-impacting situations, providing clear advice and calm, practical support throughout the legal process.
Her experience includes matter involving assault charges, grievous bodily harm charges, drug offences, sexual offences, weapon offences, and traffic offences. Carole also assists clients appearing before the Magistrates Court and District Court of Western Australia on trial.
