Carolyn Riley is a Senior Associate at HHG Legal Group, based in the firm’s Albany office and advising individuals, families, business owners, and farming enterprises across commercial, litigation, family law, and wills and estates matters.

Working across several areas of legal practice, Carolyn provides practical and relationship-focused advice tailored to the needs of regional clients and communities throughout the Great Southern and regional Western Australia. Her experience spans family law matters, commercial disputes, estate planning, deceased estates, farming and agribusiness matters, renewable energy projects, and broader litigation and property-related issues.

Carolyn regularly assists clients with parenting and property settlement matters, wills and succession planning, probate and estate administration, commercial disputes, and legal matters involving farming enterprises and family-owned businesses. She understands the personal, financial, and operational pressures that often intersect in regional and family business matters and focuses on helping clients navigate these issues with clear and practical advice.
