Based in Mandurah, Isabella works across a broad range of wills and estates matters, including probate and letters of administration applications, estate administration, family provision claims, executor disputes, and succession planning matters.
Her experience includes assisting clients through contested estate matters, disputes between executors and beneficiaries, and estates involving blended families, multiple beneficiaries, trusts, and significant assets. She also assists clients with enduring powers of attorney and enduring powers of guardianship as part of broader estate and succession planning arrangements.
Prior to joining HHG Legal Group, Isabella gained experience working across several respected legal firms in Western Australia. Her previous role as a Court Monitor provided valuable exposure to proceedings across multiple court jurisdictions throughout Western Australia and strengthened her understanding of court processes and litigation procedure.
