Lila Guerreiro is an Associate in HHG Legal Group’s Family Law team, advising individuals and families across a broad range of parenting, relationship, and financial matters throughout Western Australia.
Lila assists clients with parenting arrangements, property settlements, divorce proceedings, restraining order matters, and complex family law disputes. She regularly represents clients through mediations, conciliation conferences, case assessment conferences, and Family Court proceedings, providing practical advice and clear guidance at every stage of the process.
Admitted to practice in Western Australia, Lila has developed broad experience across family law, property law, and wills and estates. She has particular expertise in preparing Binding Financial Agreements and Binding Child Support Agreements and is experienced in managing complex matters involving court proceedings, disclosure obligations, legal research, and collaboration with counsel and other professionals to achieve the best possible outcomes for clients.
Before joining HHG Legal Group, Lila worked across several respected Western Australian law firms, gaining experience in family law, wills and estates, and property matters. This diverse background gives her a well-rounded perspective and a strong understanding of the legal, financial, and personal issues that often arise during relationship breakdowns and family disputes.
