Her experience includes family provision claims, disputes regarding the validity of Wills and estate administration matters involving sensitive family circumstances.
Admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of Western Australia in 2024, Preetha brings experience across Commercial Litigation and Dispute Resolution, family law, criminal law and migration law. This background provides valuable insight when navigating competing interests, complex family dynamics and potential disputes.
Preetha also holds a Diploma in Customer Experience with Business, complementing her commitment to clear communication, practical guidance and client care.
