Preetha Segar is a Lawyer in HHG Legal Group’s Wills and Estates team, advising individuals and families on estate planning, deceased estate administration, and estate dispute matters across Western Australia.

Preetha works across a broad range of wills and estates matters, including wills, probate and letters of administration, enduring powers of attorney, succession planning, and disputes involving wills and estates. Her experience includes family provision claims, disputes regarding the validity of wills, and estate administration matters involving sensitive family and personal circumstances.

Admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of Western Australia in 2024, Preetha brings experience from boutique legal practices across family law, criminal law, and migration law. This background has contributed to her strong understanding of client care and the importance of clear communication and practical guidance during emotionally challenging matters.
