Ricky Desilva is a member of the Accounts team at HHG Legal Group, supporting clients with commercial debt recovery and account management matters.
Ricky has more than six years’ experience in debt recovery and credit management, including managing complex commercial portfolios and working closely with solicitors to progress matters towards resolution. His experience includes negotiating payment arrangements, maintaining accurate and confidential records, meeting compliance requirements and identifying practical solutions that reflect each client’s circumstances and commercial objectives.
He has extensive experience managing client relationships, conducting commercial debt recovery work and collaborating with legal teams on matters requiring formal recovery action.
Ricky is known for his clear communication, measured approach and ability to build productive relationships. He understands that effective debt recovery requires persistence, sound judgement and careful consideration of the broader client relationship.
