Scott Bretland is a Law Graduate based in Perth, assisting lawyers in the family law team.
Scott supports the team with legal research, evidence review, document preparation, court preparation and general matter support. As he develops his legal career, he is gaining practical experience across a broad range of matters involving individuals, families, businesses and employers.
Prior to entering legal practice, Scott served as a fighter pilot in the Royal Australian Air Force, and then worked as a commercial airline pilot. This background has shaped his disciplined approach, sound judgement and ability to communicate clearly in situations requiring care and attention to detail.
Scott holds a Bachelor of Laws and and has just secured his Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice, with admission expected in 2026.
