We focus on the situation as it stands and deal with it directly. Who’s involved, what’s being alleged and which authority is asking questions. Sometimes it’s police. Sometimes a regulator. Sometimes it’s not clear yet. We step in at that point, handling requests, managing communication and making sure the business isn’t caught off guard by how quickly things can escalate.
