Accredited Specialists are lawyers that have been recognised by the Law Society of WA as proven experts in their chosen legal area of specialisation. To be recognised as an Accredited Specialist, a lawyer must have:
– at least five years full-time practice experience;
– at least three years’ experience in their area of specialisation; and
– passed a rigorous examination process.
