HHG Legal Group is delighted to announce that it has been awarded the prestigious ALPMA Excellence in People Award. This accolade is a testament to HHG Legal Group’s commitment to its employees and its innovative approach to people management.
Founded in 1919, HHG Legal Group has grown from a small practice in Albany to Western Australia’s largest regional-facing law firm, boasting around 80 employees with offices in Perth, Joondalup, Mandurah, Bunbury, and Albany. The firm prides itself on its core values of Excellence, Trust, and Care, which are deeply embedded in its culture and client service.

The PILOT (Preparing Internal Leaders/Lawyers Of Tomorrow) initiative, prepares the next generation of leaders with a diverse skill set through a bespoke 10-day leadership training course in partnership with the Australian Institute of Management (AIM) WA.
Employee Share Scheme
The PPR (Peak Performance Rewards) program aligns rewards with performance.
