Alyce Martin is a Special Counsel at HHG Legal Group, working across commercial matters with a particular strength in structuring, governance and strategic advisory.

Alyce brings more than 14 years’ experience advising individuals, families and businesses on complex legal arrangements. Her background spans estate planning, trusts, superannuation and succession strategies, alongside a strong foundation in corporate and commercial law. This breadth enables her to approach commercial issues with a holistic lens, particularly where business, personal wealth and long-term planning intersect.

She has extensive experience supporting high-net-worth clients and business owners on structuring, risk management and asset protection, as well as advising on commercial transactions, contracts and compliance obligations. Alyce is known for delivering practical, commercially focused advice that is tailored to the realities of each client’s circumstances.

Alyce re-joins HHG following senior governance roles within local government, where she advised on legislative compliance, risk and decision-making at executive and council level. This experience further strengthens her ability to navigate complex regulatory environments and support clients operating within them.

She is admitted to the Supreme Court of Western Australia and the High Court of Australia, and is an Accredited Aged Care Specialist and member of the Law Society of Western Australia.
