Erin Papalia | Family & De Facto | Associate

Erin Papalia is an Associate in the Family Law team and brings a number of years of experience in complex financial and parenting matters, including those involving allegations of serious risk.

Erin is committed to achieving the best outcome for her clients, whether that be through negotiations or litigation. Her logical approach towards a practical resolution is highly valued by her clients and her direct attitude allows her to provide practical and meaningful advice, assisting them to achieve a faster resolution.

Prior to specialising in Family Law, Erin gained experience practising in commercial, litigation and estate planning. Erin’s commercial way of thinking together with the skills she has obtained from other practice areas are assets to her practice in Family Law.

Erin is also able to advise client’s in relation to Family Violence Restraining Orders.
