Emma is an Associate in HHG Legal Group’s Commercial Litigation team.

Graduating from the University of Adelaide with a Bachelor of Laws in 2018 and a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice in 2019, Emma was admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of South Australia in 2019. Before joining HHG Legal Group in 2023, Emma worked in a number of well-renowned, boutique firms in Perth, in the area of commercial litigation.

Emma has appeared as counsel or instructing solicitor in the State Administrative Tribunal, Magistrates Court, District Court, and Supreme Court for both individuals and companies. Emma has experience in a broad range of areas including commercial and corporate litigation, deceased estate litigation, employment law, commercial advisory, and insolvency law.

Emma likes to work closely with her clients to develop a clear strategy at the outset of legal matters, with a strong focus on achieving a commercial outcome by encouraging early settlement negotiations.
