Emma Fiegert | Family & De Facto | Lawyer

Emma Fiegert is a dedicated Lawyer practising primarily in Family Law, Restraining Orders, and Care and Protection matters. Admitted to the Supreme Court of Western Australia in August 2018, Emma has established herself as a knowledgeable advocate with a strong interest in complex parenting matters and matters involving family violence. 

Emma, born and bred in Bunbury,  is actively involved in the South West community beyond the office.  

Emma is the Vice Chairperson of Harbour, formerly known as South West Refuge Inc, a not-for-profit organisation supporting women and children affected by family and domestic violence. Since joining the Board of Harbour in 2022, Emma has been an invaluable contributor, offering her extensive expertise in family law and domestic violence legislation.  

Emma’s passion for the law is underscored by her personable and empathic approach to matters and her ongoing dedication to her clients, the legal profession and local community.
