Hana Donachie | Family & De Facto | Associate | Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner

Hana is a Lawyer in our family law team who practices in all areas of family law.

She places focus on resolving parenting, divorce and financial matters as efficiently as possible, to help navigate parties through what is often an incredibly stressful and difficult time in their life. 

Hana has a particular interest in complex financial matters and complex areas of family law. 

She advises on child support matters, overseas maintenance liability matters, Care & Protection proceedings and all Restraining Order matters, appearing in the Children’s Court and Magistrates Court, as well as in the Family Court of Western Australia. 

Hana is a Registered Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner, chairing mediations in respect of both parenting and financial matters. She takes a pragmatic approach to her mediations and chairs both legally assisted and non-legally assisted mediations. 

Prior to joining HHG Legal Group in November 2022, Hana gained experience in family law as both a legal assistant and paralegal over 4 years at boutique family law firms, assisting on a number for Family Court trials during this time.
