Rachel Pocock | Family & De Facto | Associate

Rachel McRae is a Associate in our Family Law team at HHG Legal Group. Rachel was admitted as a lawyer in the Supreme Court in 2018. Rachel has experience in a wide range of family law matters, including multifaceted parenting cases involving serious risk and high conflict. Rachel’s areas of expertise also include complex divorce and separation matters.

Prior to specialising in Family Law, Rachel gained experience in both academic and practice based roles working in a top tier commercial firm, boutique law firm and a Community Legal Centre.

She has also assisted in research for published family law articles.

• Bachelor of Law – Murdoch University
• Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice – College of Law
