Having recently been admitted as a lawyer after completing his Bachelor of Laws, Aaron Olszewski brings a distinctive blend of legal knowledge and extensive public sector leadership experience to our team.

Aaron’s career has been defined by his ability to navigate complex organisational challenges and deliver meaningful outcomes for communities. His background spans strategic planning, risk management, and executive leadership across various government agencies and community organisations.

His previous roles include significant positions with the Western Australia Police Force, where he developed enterprise risk management frameworks and strategic planning capabilities, and the Department of Corrective Services, where he managed major policy reform projects and secured substantial funding for community programs. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated a particular talent for translating complex policy requirements into practical solutions that serve both organisational needs and community interests.

This diverse professional foundation, combined with his academic grounding in international relations and government management, provides him with a comprehensive understanding of the regulatory and policy landscape that affects many of our clients. His experience in stakeholder engagement, risk assessment, and strategic planning enables him to approach legal challenges with both analytical rigour and practical insight.
