Carolyn Riley

Carolyn is an experienced legal practitioner with broad experience across property law, wills and estates, trusts and succession planning and renewable energy projects, as well as personal injury and civil litigation.

Based in our Albany office, Carolyn advises clients on estate planning matters including wills, enduring powers of attorney and guardianship, trust arrangements and deceased estate administration. Her practice also includes advising farming and business clients on land transactions, succession planning, renewable energy and telecommunications projects, and negotiating with developers and service providers.

Carolyn was admitted as a legal practitioner of the Supreme Court of Western Australia in 2015 and is a member of the Law Society of Western Australia and the Australian Institute of Management (WA).

Outside of work, Carolyn enjoys exploring the Great Southern, scrapbooking, cooking, reading, and relaxing with her two cats.
