SUING GOOGLE FOR DEFAMATION
An Australian man is now allowed to sue search engine giant, Google, for defamation. Should the plaintiff be successful in his claims, questions would be raised about innocent dissemination, as well as the capacity of autocomplete and image search functions to damage reputation.
