SIMON CREEK ON 6PR | ASHER VANDER SANDEN WINS APPEAL

Vander Sanden, a 28 year old Perth woman, was sentenced to six months in prison after admitting to sneaking across WA’s hard border hidden inside a car being transported by a truck earlier this year. In the decision today, her sentence has been reduced to 50 hours of community service.
