Amy is an associate in the Wills and Estates team at HHG Legal Group.

Prior to joining HHG Legal Group, Amy worked in a boutique firm in the Perth CBD and the South West, gaining valuable experience in commercial, property, and wills and estate matters.

Amy is focused on delivering clear advice and a streamlined approach to achieve her client’s desired outcome.

Amy represents clients in the Magistrates Court, District Court, and Supreme Court of WA.

Amy’s areas of specialty include:

• drafting wills and power documents to create a comprehensive estate plan;
• applications for grant of probate and letters of administration;
• contested estate litigation including family provision claims and;
• all facets of family wealth and business succession planning to maximise asset protection.
