Danica Rizeski

Danica is a lawyer with experience across criminal defence, as well as commercial and estate litigation.

She graduated from Murdoch University with a Bachelor of Laws (Distinction) in 2022 and was admitted to the Supreme Court of Western Australia shortly thereafter. Her early career focused on commercial and estate disputes, where she worked on matters in the Magistrates, District and Supreme Courts, including contested estates, commercial litigation, family provision claims, guardianship applications and complex contractual disputes.

She later broadened her practice into criminal defence, regularly appearing in the Magistrates Court and assisting senior counsel on matters involving violent and disorderly conduct, drug offending, fraud and traffic-related charges. Her court work has included sentencing hearings, bail variations, discontinuances, costs applications and spent conviction applications. Danica became an unrestricted legal practitioner in April 2025.

Danica is recognised for her measured approach, strong preparation and commitment to achieving practical outcomes for her clients.
