Michelle Maio| Family & De Facto | Lawyer

Michelle Maio is a Lawyer in our Family Law team. She graduated from the University of Western Australia with a Juris Doctor in 2023 and Bachelor of Arts (majoring in Law and Society and Marketing) in 2020, completing her Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice at the College of Law in early 2024. She was admitted as a Lawyer in the Supreme Court of Western Australia and High Court of Australia in mid-2024.

Prior to joining HHG Legal Group, Michelle worked for various boutique law firms, where she provided support to barristers across multiple practice areas and assisted in client management, research and document preparation, and court attendance.

Michelle is passionate about family law and takes an empathetic and pragmatic approach with clients, helping them achieve the best outcome in what can often be a stressful and emotional time in their lives.
