Nicola Temelcos

Nicola Temelcos is a Lawyer in HHG Legal Group’s commercial litigation and dispute resolution team, advising businesses, property owners, and individuals across a broad range of commercial disputes and contentious matters. 

Nicola assists clients with contractual disputes, debt recovery matters, negligence claims, estate litigation, and disputes arising under the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth). She also has experience supporting clients through negotiations, dispute resolution processes, and court proceedings across a range of commercial matters. 

Admitted to the Supreme Court of Western Australia in 2023, Nicola has developed experience across commercial litigation matters involving business, property, and financial disputes. Prior to joining HHG Legal Group, she worked in litigation-focused legal practices where she gained experience managing matters from commencement through to resolution, liaising directly with clients, and assisting with litigation strategy and dispute resolution. 

Nicola also brings experience from local government, where she worked in governance, regulatory compliance, and risk management matters. This background contributes to her practical understanding of operational and regulatory issues affecting businesses, organisations, and public sector stakeholders. 

With qualifications in both law and architecture, Nicola has a particular interest in property, construction, and development-related disputes. She enjoys working on matters involving technical and commercial complexities and has an interest in land use and built environment matters. 

Known for her thoughtful and professional approach, Nicola focuses on providing clear communication, practical guidance, and commercially focused support throughout the litigation process.
