Preetha Segar | Wills and Estates | Lawyer

Preetha is a Lawyer in the Wills and Estates team.

She graduated from Murdoch University and was admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of WA in 2024.  Before starting at HHG Legal Group, Preetha worked at boutique firms specialising in Family and Criminal Law, with a brief stint in Migration Law.  These roles provided her with invaluable practical insights across a range of legal areas.

Despite her early experience in these fields, Preetha made the decision to transition into Wills and Estates. This move was inspired by her growing interest in helping individuals and families navigate sensitive life planning matters, as well as her desire to develop deeper expertise in this meaningful and people-focused area of law.

In addition to her legal qualifications, Preetha holds a Diploma in Customer Experience Management with Business.  This unique combination of skills enables her to engage effectively with clients, particularly those navigating complex and emotionally charged situations.

Preetha understands that the practice of law requires not only expert legal guidance but also emotional support.  She is dedicated to being a compassionate and reliable support system for her clients, recognizing the delicate balance between legal and emotional needs during challenging times.
