Stephanie Jackson

Associate || Commercial Litigation

Stephanie is an Associate practising in the firm’s commercial litigation team.

While completing her law degree, Stephanie worked as a Law Clerk / Paralegal gaining early experience and exposure to a broad range of disputes and court processes.

Since her admission to the Supreme Court of Western Australia in 2022, Stephanie has continued to build on that foundation and has developed a practice focused on resolving complex commercial disputes in an efficient and pragmatic manner.

Her practices includes in a diverse range of commercial matters including advising on contractual disputes, actions under the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth), Australian consumer law claims as well as professional negligence and tortious claims.
