Ayden Dalgleish | Finance & Business Operations | Assistant Accountant

Ayden Dalgleish brings a unique combination of creativity, diligence, and financial expertise to his role within HHG Legal Group’s Finance and Business Operations team.

 Originally trained in the arts, Ayden commenced his professional journey with a Bachelor of Jazz from the Western Australian Academy of Performing Arts (WAAPA), developing strong discipline, attention to detail, and a dynamic approach to problem-solving.

 Since joining HHG in 2023, Ayden has taken on a broad and increasingly strategic portfolio of responsibilities. In addition to his core role as Assistant Accountant, he now manages payroll, accounts payable, billing, CMA oversight, trust account management & audit, and HR onboarding processes.

His ability to navigate multiple operational domains with precision and reliability makes him a valued asset to the firm.

 Ayden is currently undertaking a Bachelor of Commerce including Business Law, a reflection of his ongoing commitment to professional growth and his drive to deepen his understanding of the legal and regulatory frameworks that support HHG’s operations.

Beyond his formal role, Ayden plays a key part in fostering the firm’s culture and future direction. He leads HHG’s staff social club and heads up GenNext— a professional development initiative by HHG Legal Group, established in 2012, aimed at fostering leadership and networking among emerging professionals across various industries in Western Australia. The program has successfully connected over 450 young professionals through a range of activities, including social events, networking opportunities, and seminars in collaboration with other young professional bodies
