Tessa Meier

Senior Legal Administrator

Tessa has been with HHG Legal Group for over eight years and brings more than a decade of experience in legal support to the firm. Beginning her career as a Legal Assistant and Paralegal in Family Law, she developed strong technical capability and a comprehensive understanding of legal practice operations.

During her time with HHG, Tessa progressed into the role of Legal Operations Manager, working closely with the Chief Executive Officer to lead process improvement initiatives and strengthen internal procedures across the firm. Her operational oversight and hands-on knowledge of legal support functions have contributed to meaningful efficiencies and enhanced service delivery.

Having recently relocated to Albany with her family, Tessa now supports the team as a Senior Legal Administrator. In this role, she provides senior-level administrative support, drawing on her operational experience to ensure consistency, accuracy and seamless practice support across matters.
