Jane Lovett | Employment Law | Associate

Jane graduated from Murdoch University with a Bachelor of Laws in 2017, before completing a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice and being admitted to the Supreme Court of Western Australia in 2019.

Jane has significant experience in employment law and health practitioner regulation, with a large portion of this experience coming from her work with a trade union. She also has experience in assisting claimants to navigate the workers compensation system. Jane has represented clients at the Fair Work Commission, Western Australian Industrial Relations Commission, WorkCover, and the State Administrative Tribunal.

Jane has a particular interest in:

  • Employment related disputes, including workplace disciplinary procedures, unfair dismissals and general protections claims;
  • Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (Ahpra) matters;
  • Vocational regulation matters in the State Administrative Tribunal;
  • Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission matters;
  • Coronial inquests.

Jane understands the emotional toll that employment related disputes can have on all parties involved and is committed to assisting her clients in reaching a resolution as soon as possible.
